A Head Laborer will be expected to ensure the labour tasks for the day are completed, and that some foresight is given to future tasks so that the laborer's can increase their efficiency. Often referred to a 'Foreman', this role is in charge of the site. All paperwork and daily tasks are complete or delegated by the Crew Leader. Although technical expertise is an asset, it is not required. The Superintendent is a conduit between the Crew Leader and the outside world. In this role, communication is crucial. Candidates for this role will need to be exceptional communicators. Operations managers are in charge of overseeing the entirety of operations at the company. Everything from the number of gloves purchased in a quarter, to the number of rolls installed. Asset management- including human resources- is the key component.
