These Roles go Beyond the Technical- It's About Leadership
This role is an introduction to leadership at Lynnwood. A Head Laborer will be expected to ensure the labour tasks for the day are completed, and that some foresight is given to future tasks so that the laborer's can increase their efficiency. A lead hand is crucial in the delegation, and follow up of tasks on site. This is the Crew Leader's main point of contact for ensuring that the crew executes the tasks for the day. A basic technical knowledge and good communication skills are essential for this role. Click HERE to apply.
Often referred to a 'Foreman', this role is in charge of the site. All paperwork and daily tasks are complete or delegated by the Crew Leader. Although technical expertise is an asset, it is not required. The Superintendent is a conduit between the Crew Leader and the outside world. In this role, communication is crucial. Candidates for this role will need to be exceptional communicators. This role will be the main point of contact for consultants, and owners, so a good technical base, and proficiency in communication is essential. Click HERE to apply.
Operations managers are in charge of overseeing the entirety of operations at the company. Everything from the number of gloves purchased in a quarter, to the number of rolls installed. Asset management- including human resources- is the key component.
